Wow, here is one that took me by surprise, lots of classic 1950's LA locations, Angel's Flight, the Bradbury Building (from Blade Runner), Bunker Hill, and so much more. The story is about the history of the film, it being blacklisted during the 1950's Red Scare, and then it falling out of distribution until a pristine copy was secured from someone in France. Now, the movie is making a comeback, and we are being treated to a wonderful look at both a class group of character actors of the time, and also some wonderful looks at classic 1950's LA which is an extremely rare thing.

Just the shots in the Youtube clip alone are so awe-inspiring and precious, like a glimpse of a past few have ever seen. Amazing stuff.

I am hoping this comes to TCM very soon as mentioned in the article, a must-see for me and a worthy and historic Noir film indeed.
